Thanks, Tony.

I took another look at the mobile site last night and it all worked fine for a while, but then I got sort of mixed up somehow again and was sure I'd ended up back at the main site.

Gonna do some more digging ...

Hi Carol,

Can't find the mail from someone who was wondering if
this topic may be say off topic on this list!!

In my firm opinion, this topic is indeed very much on
topic for this list!

I never really thought about the visuals when say for
example, Facebook!
Well done for raising the issue re the sites you
mentioned and the possible "traps" for us!

Regards

Tony

Well, it's another social networking site, but very
different. Users tend to have their pictures up, where
TWITTER is more text based and short texts. That's what
appeals to me about TWITTER, but loads of my friends are
on FACEBOOK so I use that.

Hi all,

I'm just wondering if anyone has a mailing list going
specifically for visually impaired people and access to
these various chat sites? I have a few oddities with
Facebook which I can't fathom and could do with some
chat sessions here and there ... for example, have just
gone to comment on something someone wrote and the edit
boxes showing up in Jaws when I've entered on the link
of the person to whom I wanted to make a comment just
don't seem to be for that person. I get confused too
about whose wall I'm actually reading on (never mind
writing) and think I know but this is only what I've
sort of worked out ...
I keep looking at Twitter and wondering ...

Anyone want to start a list if there isn't one? I'd
join!
