Team Speak 3 do you have? Otherwise download from the TeamSpeak site.

At first you dont need a password. If you have open ts3 you stay in the LOBBY
folder. Then you will find below a folder with the name:
unitednaccions
You click (left mouse button) on this folder and now you have to write a
password as follows:
sailing
That's all. If the loudness of anyone is to low (or to high), click with the
right mouse button in the players name. Now opens a window and you can adjust
the volume individual.

If you connected you find folder "united naccions" if you klick there for
entering you need pw = sailing
