Hi Larry,
If you set your email program to recieve in plain text, the attachments will
be seperate.

It is safer too, you don't automaticaly open/activate infected email.

Just highlight all the text 'Ctrl + A' keys, and save it 'Ctrl + C'.
Paste 'Ctrl +V' it into Notepad and save it with whatever name you wish to a
folder.

I think you are using OE, so if highlight the text and go to 'File'> 'Save'>

you can choose from any folder on your hard drive, I think it defaults to
"My Documents" on C drive.

I receive a number of messages containing rather large jpg files.
Sometimes they contain texts which I would like to keep after seeing the jpg
files. Is it possible to remove the attachment but keep the original text
of the message?
