Machine (Microsoft VM), which enables Java programs to run on Microsoft
Windows®. The most serious of these issues could enable a Web site to
compromise your system and take actions such as changing data, loading and
running programs, and reformatting the hard disk. You can help protect your
computer by installing this update.

If you restrict access between different users of your computer, you should

if you don't use passwords or other measures to limit access to accounts on
your computer, it is not important that you install this update.
