Symptoms
When trying to shadow an RDP session from the console, the following error
message appears.
?Shadow failed. Error code 7050?
(Error 7050 ? The requested session cannot be controlled remotely. This may be
because the session is disconnected or does not currently have a user logged
on. )
Cause
The option for shadowing an RDP session from the Management Console shouldn?t
be available. Normally the option to shadow an RDP session is grayed out, but
after installing Service Pack 4 for XP it is made available.
Status
Citrix is working on a post Service Pack 4 hotfix.
