How to access factory menu to adjust screens. Hi fellow techs, I have to do a service call on this 2 year old JVC 27" TV. The only complaint is the picture is greenish when the picture is supposed to be black. Before I go I would like to know if this TV has a secret factory menu for adjusting the screens or if the screens can be adjusted from the inside. If there is a secret factory menu does anyone know how to access the menu?
