Hi Gerald,

I can test your driver too, my card is a S3 SuperSavage/IXC Vendor ID: 0x5333 Device ID: 0x8C2E #86C583 SuperSavage/IXC SDR

If your driver will work I can reinstall Haiku on my Thinkpad T23. The old Besavage driver didn´t work so I have to work in VESA-Mode and this is very slow.
Clemens a list with all S3/Savage ID´s:

Would there be any interest in having a driver implemented to support the S3 Virge and Trio chips, or are these chips too ancient to be supported by Haiku?
