Bruno Bonfils wrote a perl script to extract doku pages to static
html files. It's at http://www.asyd.net/scripts/doku-static.pl
He wrote it because Google was no longer indexing his home pages
after he moved their content under dokuwiki.
Comments and suggestions are surely welcome. The author is in Cc of
