As always, many thanks to the Admins for allowing us The RCL ZX Vega+ Creditors
group formerly the ZX Vega + Refund Request group) have a voice. Over the past
few weeks we have learned Retro Computers Ltd are quietly trying to wind up
the company. But also, as of this past week the ZX Vega+ backers have been
legitimately declared RCL Creditors(hence our name change) thanks to the small
claims case of last year Rob Morton Vs RCL. Because of this and the sheer
number of people it would be impossible for them to represent themselves, hence
a representative is need to speak and act in the best interests of the
Creditors. If you are a former Vega+ backer, now creditor, please read and
consider the following. Time is running out and we need every on board asap.

Before we go any further I think it's only fair to let you know how hard people
are working behind the scenes for a long time on behalf of backers. We have
fought hard to put our case forward and to have backers officially recognised
as creditors. We have no other desire or motive than to get backers their money
back or at the very least get a judgement that Levy, Martin and Janko cannot do
this to anyone again. Before anyone says that's impossible, perhaps you need to
know why you're being asked to sign-up.
1. Due to the time taken to windup a company and the amount of former backers
(now creditors), it would not be possible for each of the 4700+ creditors and
to expect to be kept up to date on all updates and outcomes individually, hence
one spokesperson for all.
2. As many have asked "What will this cost me?".
Answer: Absolutely nothing! We have invested a huge amount of time and we just
want what all the former backers want, our money back or a fair judgement so we
can all get closure.
3. The appointed Investigator will dissect every detail over the past few years
will be appointed by the creditor majority of monies owed. If we the former
backers, now creditors, and other creditors who just want the truth uncovered,
and potentially some refunds made, all vote together this can happen. If apathy
wins over backers as RCL has always hoped would happen by stringing this out
for years, Levy, Martin and JMF and their lawyers will get to chose the
investigator. So we must all unite if there is any chance of justice being
served.
4. important!! It is mainly in you the creditors hands from here on out as to
whether we succeed in winning against RCL. Every person that signs up is making
a huge difference. There is very little time left and we would ask that you
please take the three minutes or less it takes to fill in your details. Most of
us have felt let down, cheated or robbed over the past few years. Please don't
let this opportunity pass you by to change it rather than sitting back and
leaving it to someone else.
Please make sure you spread this message far and wide. Collectively we can not
only do the right thing, we also get a chance to change history in the process
for the better of future crowdfunders.
