I hope I can help here.
The keyboard not working in patches is probably the keyboard membrane
(rarely anything else, although it can be worth removing the rubber mat
which sits on top of the membrane and giving that a clean).
I can supply the small plastic pillars and keys if you are missing some,
or they are broken.
As for the RGB signal - do you mean you are trying to use the aerial
socket on the QL, or are you using a SCART lead plugged into the RGB
socket on the QL? Some TVs cannot handle the QL's SCART signal for some
reason - it does not supply a high enough voltage from memory? If you
have not tried a SCART lead, then try that!
