Hi Rich,
not really, from what I've understood Massimo is the author of COSMOS!
They are discussing the fact that the (kind-of) Speccy emulator for the
C64 could run COSMOS, loading it directly from a Speccy tape.
This emulator, which I've never seen (and, honestly, I thought it has
never existed before reading this thread), was limited to BASIC programs
though.

Ah that makes sense - but yes it is surprising to see a Spectrum emulator for the C64.
