Hi Massimo.
In monitor mode the picture size is set for the QL Vision monitor, and on
some TV’s will over scan.
This can be corrected by adjusting the TV’s vertical picture size, but not
all TV’s have this adjustment.
This RGB Scart to HDMI converter works perfectly (*ebay item **321429920174*),
with most
of my RGB Scart leads, and displays a full screen in F1 mode on the QL.
