I know this is mainly an Italian list, but thought you might like to know about the work being undertaken on the divIDE hard disk interface.
2007 will soon see the launch of an updated divIDE hard disk interface for the ZX Spectrum. We are working on a version which has a through connector for other peripherals and both a built in IDE connector and a CF (Compact Flash) Card connector, allowing you to use both at the same time if you wish.
It will be encased and will support the 128K mode of the later Spectrums. This has already been incorporated into the latest ZXSpin
emulator.One of the main things we are looking at is changes to the +divIDE firmware to permit both the PlusD floppy disk interface and the divIDE to be used at the same time.
