Phil Ruston on Retroleum sells the same Murata step down already modified
by him for ZX Spectrum purpose :-)

It is capable of 1.5 amp. Datasheet attached.

I´m also planning to replace the 7805 in my RC2014 with one of these. For
that I´ll need to unsolder tyhe pins and solder them on the other side of
the module, as strangely they arethe way around compared with the actual
7805.
