[zevenos-neptune] Neptune Minimal Test1

As many requested it I created a small first test version of a Neptune minimal
version. It comes with almost everything stripped out especially kde and only
ships with a little modified low memory mode desktop (fluxbox, lxpanel, pcmanfm)
The installer (+its dependencies like python-qt4) aswell as magi2 , encode &
yavtd, vpnc-gui, persistent-creator and snapshot-manager are still included.
But be aware not every existing snapshot might work well.
The minimal version is intended for everyone who wants to create a more
customized / remastered version based upon neptune.
