The TDISQLite3DataBase class wrapper does not yet provide options to set the
database open flags.
So at current you have to change the source in DISQLite3Database.pas.
Please give it a try using a simple hack for now and report back if
SQLITE_OPEN_READONLY solves your problem. If it does, I will add flag options
to TDISQLite3DataBase which will persist forthcoming DISQLite3 versions.
