Don't worry, I don't think it's you.
It seems my XE2 install is hosed for some reason, not even a repair will do
it. Discovering errors all over the place. I think there might be something
in upgrade 3 that interacts with some 3rd party stuff I had installed.
Will report back when I know more.

Did you build the package with a previous version of Delphi XE2? Can you
please rebuild your package with Upgrade 3 and report back how it works?
