Yes. Large files support is independent of the compressor algorithm used.

If the file size exceeds 4 bytes ($FFFFFFFF), DIZipWriter applies the
Zip64 format. This increases the maximum file size to 8 bytes
($FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF).
