1) How do I write the BOM with TDIHtmlWriterPlugin?

2) In the Modify HTML demo, I did this:
DIHtmlWriterPlugin1.Writer.WriteMethods := Write_UTF_16_LE;
(instead of utf8 and also adjust the charset)

But it does not write out the BOM, (which I expected it would do). Why is that?
