DISQLite3 does support Delphi 10.1 Berlin.
DISQLite3 *Personal* does not support Delphi 10.1 Berlin. It will not in
the near future.

To use DISQLite3 with Delphi 10.1 Berlin, download the DISQLite3 Demo.
If it meets your needs, purchase the required number of Commercial or
Source Code licenses.
