[yunqa.de] Can't open Database

I got an existing database from a remote server, but I can't open it
with SQLiteSpy. It says it's either encrypted or not a database. I can
open it with another, less powerful tool. I tried changing the extension
to .db3, .db but still no luck. Any ideas ?
