PREPLY - Senior React.js Engineer

Preply is a fast growing product company at an early stage of development,
backed by Europe’s most prominent investors. 100 people are currently
working on building a global human-to-human online tutoring marketplace
with locations in Kyiv and Berlin.
We are currently searching for a Senior React.js Engineer, passionate about
vision and idea of our product and able to work with user-facing part of
our application. We take inspiration from Spotify for building our
engineering culture and implementing best practices. We work in small
product teams, so this person will join our SaaS Team that is responsible
for helping our tutors to be efficient and successful with Preply platform,
and as a result, create an exceptional teaching experience for our tutors.
Your Competency Profile:
At least 3+ years experience developing websites or applications.
Expert knowledge of JavaScript, React Ecosystem.
Familiarity with server-side MVC web frameworks, such as Ruby on Rails or
Django.
Commanding grasp of HTML, CSS, webpack, gulp and related web technologies .
Exceptional communication skills. High level of self-organization,
ownership, responsibility.
Any of Backbone, React-Native, GraphQL, Python, AWS experience is an
additional strength.
