Hell all,
personally, as a Debian and Ubuntu user, I always prefer to install software as
Debian packages. For that reason, I have recently used the official package from
the Distribution and upgraded to Yoshimi 1.5.7.
Yesterday it occurred to me that this might be of interest for other people too,
and thus I rebuilt them in my PPA for Ubuntu 17.10 (Artful), 18.04 (Bionic)
and 18.10 (Cosmic).
see https://launchpad.net/~ichthyo/+archive/ubuntu/music
- From Ubuntu, you can use it with add-apt-repository ppa:ichthyo/music
Please tell me if such is of any interest for anyone; I might also do the same
for the upcoming 1.5.8 release (just in time for LAC I guess).
Cheers,
Hermann
(aka "Ichthyo")
