Once again, I just want to thank you for doing such a fantastic job on Yoshimi,
Will. It means a great deal to me and I'm sure other people too. I really enjoy
hearing about what you're doing with the software and your list posts are
always enlightening. Yoshimi is without question the best software synth
available for Linux; at least that's my opinion! :)
Also I enjoyed listening to the presentation you did at the Linux Audio forum a
couple of months ago.

All GUI requests for default values are now passed to the limits routines with
just a single call. This takes a great deal of code out of the GUI while at
same time actually increasing the number of controls that can be set to their
defaults with a right mouse click.
There are a few 'switches' that don't yet update the GUI but do actually set
the default, but none of these could previously be set anyway.
It should now be fairly easy for the CLI to be given the same functionality.
However there is still a lot of work needed to get the CLI into shape anyway.

Say you have a poem and I have a tune.
Exchange them and we can both have a poem, a tune, and a song.
