Thanks to Kristian this is now in 'master'.
A lot of work has been done to get this in place so we'd really appreciate a
through test. It should work equally correctly in both stand-alone mode and as
an LV2 plugin.
All the AddSynth and PadSynth LFOs now have a sync to BPM button and when set,
the frequency knob's tooltip changes from showing actual frequency, to the
ratio to the incoming MID sync.
Effect LFOs are not done yet - Kristian needs a break :)
