It *does* recognise user states.
I had forgotten that when using the -S option at startup you MUST have the '='
and there must be no spaces, otherwise it takes the defaul action of loading
the default state - doh!
There is a reason for this, but I forget what it was.
Also the inter-relationships between state, default, and config files is pretty
mind-blowing (makes AddSynth voice seem like a walk in the park).
A key point is that user states really must *not* have the "Start With Default
State" switch checked :(
