We'll try that again :(
Autoloaded instances weren't actually setting state properly. Bank settings were
right and so were open windows, which gave a false impression.
The associated code has been improved, and for this feature, it currently
ignores the individual 'load default' switch and always does load the default
(if it exists).
It recognises the difference between the main instance loading default state or
not, but unfortunately I still can't get it to recognise the instance code when
starting with user-defined states.
