I've never tried doing PPA installs on the Pi4 - always built from source. I
don't know what to suggest really, I doubt it's a problem with Hermann's PPA.
Possibly it's a 32/64bit issue of some sort.
Unfortunately it's likely to be quite some time before V2.0 appears even in sid
- debian have just started a code freeze, and are unlikely to add anything new
for several months :(
