A bit more on midi learn ranges.
Currently 'min' and 'max' are 0-127, which could possibly cause confusion with
respect to 14 bit values, so what if instead, we went 0-100%?
Without any major changes to the code we can get approximately 0.5% resolution
simply by (internally) using whole byte values.
Worth doing?
