Yoshimi's internal help lists have now been updated and there are two
completely new entries.
From the CLI:
'? common' now lists all the controls currently defined that are multi context,
with indication of their limits.
'? subsynth' has a whole two entries i.e. the harmonics :)
If you are in the subsynth context just '?' by itself shows the list - same as
all context queries.
There are a few more common ones to implement, but I'll be concentrating on
subSynth. It's generally the easiest!
