With apologies for the late notice: we have a highly challenging postdoc
position available at my institute, the Institute of Environmental Sciences at
Leiden University. The candidate will work with me, Prof Peter van Bodegom and
Professor Koos Biesmeijer (bee-whisperer, scientific director of Naturalis) on
assessing the potential for embedding natural capital and ecosystem services in
the to-be circular economy of the 'Green Hart' of South Holland. Applications

Considering the topic and, especially, the amount of interaction with actual
Dutch people (including businessmen) required, I'm afraid we have to ask for a
candidate that is fluent in Dutch. Earlier challenges tackled by us, which feed
into this project, included introducing natural capital to the Heineken brewery
in Zoeterwoude, one of the biggest breweries in the world.
