http://debian.halfcoded.net/binary/deutex_4.4.902-1_i386.deb works
for me on testing i386.

Nitpicking:

1. /usr/share/doc/deutex/copyright lists Brendon Wyber and Raphaël
Quinet. Since they put DEU 5.21 into the public domain, they
   don't hold a copyright.

2. "License: GPL-2" is an over-simplification, but you already know
   that.

3. Putting the man pages in section 6 and the binaries in /usr/bin
is not FHS-ly correct. If the man pages are in section 6, the
binaries should be in /usr/games. It's my fault ; I tend to
ignore /usr/games and /usr/local/games. If it must be fixed, I
   can do it upstream.
