Changes include: new default value for XMEM, minor syntax changes for
SETCOLOR and SETCFG, and VPT (VGA Palette Tool) support.
An important new feature is sysnotes.txt. The vDosPlus XyWrite installer
leaves this file alone at all times (if it is present), so it is a safe
place to put your own permanent notes in, even when doing reinstalls on
top of an existing installation.
