If all your elderly client does on the Apple side of things is email
and web, there's a simpler solution: buy her a new Windows machine. If
your client is tech-phobic, I suspect the reason she chose an Apple
laptop is Apple's reputation for ease of use. But we know that email
and browsing are just as easy in Windows. Once she gets over the
"trauma", she'll thank you for making her life easier.
