international organizations, and international negotiations? Is there a way
for youth to target world leaders with this message and this enthusiasm?

Dear Bruce,I was interested in your thoughts about social media. Young
people need a goal, something they can stretch themselves out to obtain.
They need dignity, identification with a group, and real benefits to
themselves as people. With many family groups scattered and in pain, and
not much work for the young people when they have passed all their exams,
the goal of just making money doesn’t work any more. On the other hand, the
organisation of the culture demands cars and mobile phones to be part of
it. With guns and terrorism all around them, the young have not
experienced a peaceful life. It is up to us to paint pictures of exciting
things that we can do if we stop fighting nd start making peace. The ways
this is achieved as told by the participants in my thesis is: group prayer
for those suffering, open house entertaining for those wanting to live
peacefully (for this work it was open Christian, Muslim nd Jewish houses),
making sure that you made positive, enc
ouraging comments to those in difficult situations, offering help when it
is possible, all things that we can do, each one of us. This generates
forgiveness and hope. And the goal? Collaboration, people thinking new
thoughts together, making plans for the new ways opening when people get
together and start talking and thinking together. Food and housing for
everyone! Singing and dancing in the streets! Looking after our ailing
earth so that blossoms bloom, water is available everywhere, grass and
trees are grown in the desert and all the outdoor sports like swimming and
skiing are available to everyone. Most importantly, that a man can love a
woman, and stay in love for life. The opposite to death is life, and life
in its fullest. When I get a bit better I will try and write some copy for

En el a=C3=B1o 2010 estuvimos juntos en una delegaci=C3=B3n a Jap=C3=B3n =
para dar conferencias en la Universidad de Tokio, en agosto en =
oportunidad del 65avo aniversario de las explosiones at=C3=B3micas en =
Hiroshima y Nagasaki. Ese fue un evento muy significativo. All=C3=AD =
pude apreciar su elocuencia en la exposici=C3=B3n y la profundidad de =
sus conocimientos.=20
En esa conferencia propuse que "El rechazo de los estigmas es el primer =
paso para lograr verdaderos acuerdos de paz, el segundo ocurre cuando =
sinceramente un lado comprende las necesidades del considerado enemigo y =
el tercero, es engendrado cuando estos sentimientos le son transmitidos. =
Todo lo dem=C3=A1s viene naturalmente o con ayuda de facilitadores. =
Luego, es claro que el proceso empieza en uno mismo: Paz con uno mismo". =

Por lo tanto, es claro que el presente ensayo filos=C3=B3fico de =
CREQUI=C3=89 tiende a dar una base ideol=C3=B3gica para esa mencionada y =
necesaria preparaci=C3=B3n mental.
Mi comunicaci=C3=B3n con el Sr. CREQUI=C3=89 existe desde hace varios =

siempre se destacan su excelencia intelectual y calidad humana. Es esa =
calidad la que le da a este autor, el respaldo moral e intelectual para =

En los =C3=BAltimos tiempos, =C3=A9l inform=C3=B3 que est=C3=A1 =
preparando su retiro de la actividad p=C3=BAblica para el pr=C3=B3ximo =
a=C3=B1o 2016.
Coincidentemente, tambi=C3=A9n yo estoy en ese proceso de retiro debido =
a mi profunda decepci=C3=B3n por mantenimiento negativo de la humanidad =
en lo que respecta a los valores morales y humanistas.
A pesar de que cada individuo es un mundo, cuando expres=C3=A9 mis =
razones para el comentado retiro, las reacciones que provocaron fueron =
de cierta identidad entre muchos intelectuales de nuestra edad y =
concepci=C3=B3n.
Nuestra generaci=C3=B3n y yo mismo, despu=C3=A9s de una experiencia =
impresionante, iniciamos tal retiro biol=C3=B3gico y social, sintiendo =
que nuestro tiempo subjetivo pas=C3=B3 volando.
En mi ni=C3=B1ez mis padres viv=C3=ADan aterrados por el impacto de la =
crisis econ=C3=B3mica, los asesinatos en masa que produc=C3=ADan el =
Fascismo, el Nazismo, el Franquismo y el Estalinismo y la guerra en =

Al finalizar la guerra, mi generaci=C3=B3n y la de nuestros padres, =
desarrollaron un proceso de democratizaci=C3=B3n, liberaci=C3=B3n del =

Introductory comment to the philosophical essay of the author Guy =
CREQUIE

Whenever Guy CREQUIE, a recognized writer and philosopher, make a =
publication as the present one, always generates a great expectation =
among the audience.
His permanent updating of the global policy and social issues, along =
with his philosophical knowledge, since the French Revolution of 1789 to =
the present, makes a perfect combination for the interpretation of =
current problems and dilemmas. =20
Guy CREQUIE is an intellectual dedicated to the promotion of the culture =
of the world peace and tolerance with clear humanistic goals. Every =
injustice suffered by peoples due to ethnic, religious or national =
discrimination, hunger, crime or terrorist attacks, is immediately =
responded by him through a courageous clear writing.
He is the author of more than 23 works published, 10 poetic collections =
and 13 tests of company published in France and of the European =
University Editions.
He received numerous prizes and distinctions as the Medal-holder of =
vermeil of the French Academy of Arts and Sciences; letter award of the =
European Academy of Arts; Honorary Doctor of WAAC-WCP and; Messenger of =
the culture of peace of UNESCO.
He is also a remarkable singer who according to his own statements, =

I had the chance to appreciate him in many Congresses of Poets of the =

admire Guy CREQUIE, a prominent intellectual, human sensitive and =
outstanding writer.=20
In 2010 we were together in a delegation to Japan to give lectures at =
the University of Tokyo, in the month of August on the occasion of the =
65th anniversary of the atomic bombings in Hiroshima and Nagasaki, which =
was a very significant event. At that time I could appreciate his =
eloquence in the exposure and depth knowledge.
In this conference I proposed that the refusal of stigmas is the first =
step to achieve real peace agreements, the second occurs when sincerely =
one side understand the needs of the considered enemy and the third, is =
generated when these feelings are transmitted to him. All the rest it =
comes naturally or with aid from facilitators. Thus, it is clear that =
the process begins in our mind.
Thus, It Is clear that in the present philosophical essay CREQUI=C3=89 =
tends to give an ideological basis for such necessary mental =
preparation.
My communication with Mr. CREQUIE is for several years very fruitful =
with constant interaction and dialogue in which always he shows his =
intellectual excellence and human quality, is that quality that gives =
the moral and ideological support to this philosophical essay.=20
In recent times he said he is preparing his withdrawal from public =
activity starting from the next year 2016.
Coincidentally, I am also in the process of withdrawal due to the =
development of humanity with negative aspects in regard to moral and =
humanistic values.
Although each individual is different, when I expressed my reasons for =
withdrawal, the reactions I received were something similar to those =
felt by many intellectuals of our age and conception.
Our generation and I, after an enormous impressive experience, initiated =
the biological and social withdrawal:
In my childhood my parents lived terrified by the impact of the global =
economic crisis, mass killings produced by Fascism, Nazism, and =
Stalinism, Franquism, and the war in Europe.
After the war, my generation and that of our parents, together, =
initiated a global process of democratization; liberation from =
colonialism in the peoples of Africa and Asia; withdrawal and =
termination of racism that produced nothing less than the Holocaust; an =
impressive development of science and technology; the exploration and =
use of extraterrestrial space; popularization of art, communication, =
education, health care and much more.

association of global governance that facilitates cooperation on issues =
such as social international law, peace and international security, =
economic development and the humanitarian affairs and human =

My generation and myself, worked intensely and tirelessly for the daily =
existence with some dignity, to progress and to make an advance of the =
art and science. However we have failed to achieve the protection of the =
human values.
It's time for me to support young people of the new generation and to =
encourage them to achieve in the creation of a better humane, safe and =
dignified world than the existed today.
Is precisely in these crucial times of civilization, that this book of =

Regarding payments, our usual procedure is to receive revenue from the =
printer for each sale. (The printer has already deducted costs for =
printing, shipping and it's own small commission.) Then I deduct 32%, =
which is the portion I am taxed on by the IRS. Then, the remainder I =
send to the author (or, when the author prefers, I hold that as a =
credit for future purchases). Surely you deserve revenue for your works.

Dear Guy & contributors,
I am now collecting the manuscripts for the philosophy section (3 =
languages) and peace (2 languages, as I recall) and preparing them for =
publication. I will be happy to have any of the commentaries by Ernesto, =
Maria, and Ammar any time and will place them at the start of the book.
I have been preoccupied with preparations for teaching my current =
class and finalizing a book I've had under development, and hope to =
press ahead with Guy's book next.
One question - since the text is long I feel it may benefit from =
subtitles. Guy, would this be agreeable to you? Of course, I must =
complete my subheadings, which I started to write last week, since I'm =
certain you will want to change some or all of them - or you may prefer =
not to have any subheadings.
I'll send a table of contents as soon as I can resolve the subtitle =
question and then prepare a galley proof of the book.
We will probably miss some time while you are on holiday, Guy, and =
that will be fine. We want to complette this as an accurate record of =
your writings and related commentaries.=20
Further, as for continued public life, perhaps you will want to =
start a website for your continuing writings.

in my absence?
If Not:the long scenario of the negotiations with Greece proceeds =
as I had envisaged: the Greek people voted refusing the austerity, and =
this one will be imposed to him then during the negotiations between its =
government, the IMF and the governments of the euro zone!
This, whereas all know that the Greeks will be unable to refund =
the debt colossal and always worsened by new loans.
In another context, the scenario of 2005 at the time of the =
referendums on the European constitution is renewed =3D people whose =
French voted against and however the EU (European Union) and the =
Parliaments concerned imposed by the legislative way what people =
refused! The Greek people seem to live this scenario!

Thank you warmly for this highly informative introduction. This will help
bring high levels of recognition to Guy's excellent lifetime work.
In the past 3 weeks I have been editing the English version of the LA
presentation. However, alas, I find a need to another editing, this time
with greater attention to the underlying translation. Hopefully I can
complete this second edit this week.
One feature is the my addition of subheadings in the English version. Once
the work is done, I will request that one or another of you, Guy, Ernesto,
or Maria, translate the subheadings into French and Spanish. Since the
piece is so wide-ranging, I feel that subheadings will help readers, and
will give us items to list with page numbers in the Table of Contents.
Also, Maria, it might be good for you to review the Spanish version in case
it needs changes.

In 2010 we were together in a delegation to Japan to give lectures at

Regarding payments, our usual procedure is to receive revenue from the
printer for each sale. (The printer has already deducted costs for
printing, shipping and it's own small commission.) Then I deduct 32%,
which is the portion I am taxed on by the IRS. Then, the remainder I

I am now collecting the manuscripts for the philosophy section (3
languages) and peace (2 languages, as I recall) and preparing them for
publication. I will be happy to have any of the commentaries by Ernesto,
Maria, and Ammar any time and will place them at the start of the book.
I have been preoccupied with preparations for teaching my current class
and finalizing a book I've had under development, and hope to press
completewith Guy's book next.
One question - since the text is long I feel it may benefit from
subtitles. Guy, would this be agreeable to you? Of course, I must
youmy subheadings, which I started to write last week, since I'm certain
anywill want to change some or all of them - or you may prefer not to have

I'll send a table of contents as soon as I can resolve the subtitle
question and then prepare a galley proof of the book.
We will probably miss some time while you are on holiday, Guy, and that
will be fine. We want to complette this as an accurate record of your

In the past 3 weeks I have been editing the English version of the LA
presentation. However, alas, I find a need to another editing, this time
with greater attention to the underlying translation. Hopefully I can
complete this second edit this week.
One feature is the my addition of subheadings in the English version. Once
the work is done, I will request that one or another of you, Guy, Ernesto,
or Maria, translate the subheadings into French and Spanish. Since the

Mi comunicación con el Sr. CREQUIÉ existe desde hace varios años con una
permanente interacción y diálogo, en los que siempre se destacan su
excelencia intelectual y calidad humana. Es esa calidad la que le da a este
autor, el respaldo moral e intelectual para el presente ensayo filosófico.
En los últimos tiempos, él informó que está preparando su retiro de la
actividad pública para el próximo año 2016.
Coincidentemente, también yo estoy en ese proceso de retiro debido a mi
profunda decepción por mantenimiento negativo de la humanidad en lo que
respecta a los valores morales y humanistas.
A pesar de que cada individuo es un mundo, cuando expresé mis razones
para el comentado retiro, las reacciones que provocaron fueron de cierta
identidad entre muchos intelectuales de nuestra edad y concepción.
Nuestra generación y yo mismo, después de una experiencia impresionante,
iniciamos tal retiro biológico y social, sintiendo que nuestro tiempo
subjetivo pasó volando.
En mi niñez mis padres vivían aterrados por el impacto de la crisis
económica, los asesinatos en masa que producían el Fascismo, el Nazismo, el
Franquismo y el Estalinismo y la guerra en Europa.
Al finalizar la guerra, mi generación y la de nuestros padres,
desarrollaron un proceso de democratización, liberación del colonialismo en
los pueblos de África y Asia, denuncia y terminación del racismo que
produjo nada menos que el Holocausto, desarrollo impresionante de la
ciencia y la tecnología, exploración y uso del espacio extra terrestre,
popularización del arte, comunicación, educación atención médica y mucho
más.

octubre de 1945. Que es la asociación de gobierno global que facilita la
cooperación en asuntos como el Derecho internacional, paz y seguridad

extorción financiera; banalización de la cultura; bonapartismo (Populismo)

fanatismo de las ideas religiosas y nacionalistas imbuidas de odio;
comercialización del deporte y la cultura; etc..
En esos aspectos, mi generación y yo mismo, después de haber trabajado
intensamente sin descanso para el diario existir con algo de dignidad, para
progresar y para hacer progresar a la sociedad en arte y ciencia, hemos
fracasado en lograr defender los valores humanos.
Es tiempo entonces para mí, de apoyar a los jóvenes que nos siguen
generacionalmente y estimularlos para que logren generar un mundo más
humano, seguro y digno que el actual.
Es precisamente en estos tiempos cruciales de nuestra civilización en
que este ensayo de Guy CREQUIÉ, aparece y transita. Por tal recomiendo su
lectura con detenimiento y profundidad.

Introductory comment to the philosophical essay of the author Guy CREQUIE

Whenever Guy CREQUIE, a recognized writer and philosopher, make a
publication as the present one, always generates a great expectation among
the audience.
His permanent updating of the global policy and social issues, along
with his philosophical knowledge, since the French Revolution of 1789 to
the present, makes a perfect combination for the interpretation of current
problems and dilemmas.
Guy CREQUIE is an intellectual dedicated to the promotion of the culture
of the world peace and tolerance with clear humanistic goals. Every
injustice suffered by peoples due to ethnic, religious or national
discrimination, hunger, crime or terrorist attacks, is immediately
responded by him through a courageous clear writing.
He is the author of more than 23 works published, 10 poetic collections
and 13 tests of company published in France and of the European University
Editions.
He received numerous prizes and distinctions as the Medal-holder of
vermeil of the French Academy of Arts and Sciences; letter award of the
European Academy of Arts; Honorary Doctor of WAAC-WCP and; Messenger of the
culture of peace of UNESCO.
He is also a remarkable singer who according to his own statements,
follows the school of the unforgettable tenor Mario Lanza.
I had the chance to appreciate him in many Congresses of Poets of the
World Academy of Arts and Culture - WAAC, of which I am Vice President. In
2009 being a participant in the XXIX World Congress of Poets of the World
Academy of Arts and Literature I had the pleasure to know and admire Guy
CREQUIE, a prominent intellectual, human sensitive and outstanding writer.
In 2010 we were together in a delegation to Japan to give lectures at
the University of Tokyo, in the month of August on the occasion of the 65th
anniversary of the atomic bombings in Hiroshima and Nagasaki, which was a
very significant event. At that time I could appreciate his eloquence in
the exposure and depth knowledge.
In this conference I proposed that the refusal of stigmas is the first
step to achieve real peace agreements, the second occurs when sincerely one
side understand the needs of the considered enemy and the third, is
generated when these feelings are transmitted to him. All the rest it comes
naturally or with aid from facilitators. Thus, it is clear that the
process begins in our mind.
Thus, It Is clear that in the present philosophical essay CREQUIÉ tends
to give an ideological basis for such necessary mental preparation.
My communication with Mr. CREQUIE is for several years very fruitful
with constant interaction and dialogue in which always he shows his
intellectual excellence and human quality, is that quality that gives the
moral and ideological support to this philosophical essay.
In recent times he said he is preparing his withdrawal from public
activity starting from the next year 2016.
Coincidentally, I am also in the process of withdrawal due to the
development of humanity with negative aspects in regard to moral and
humanistic values.
Although each individual is different, when I expressed my reasons for
withdrawal, the reactions I received were something similar to those felt
by many intellectuals of our age and conception.
Our generation and I, after an enormous impressive experience, initiated
the biological and social withdrawal:
In my childhood my parents lived terrified by the impact of the global
economic crisis, mass killings produced by Fascism, Nazism, and Stalinism,
Franquism, and the war in Europe.
After the war, my generation and that of our parents, together,
initiated a global process of democratization; liberation from colonialism
in the peoples of Africa and Asia; withdrawal and termination of racism
that produced nothing less than the Holocaust; an impressive development of
science and technology; the exploration and use of extraterrestrial space;
popularization of art, communication, education, health care and much more.

environmental destruction of its water, soil and air; corruption of
political rulers; financial extortion; trivialization of culture;
Bonapartism (populism) in governments; deformation of the news by the
media; fanaticism of religious and nationalist ideas imbued with hatred;
commercialization of sport and culture; etc..
My generation and myself, worked intensely and tirelessly for the daily
existence with some dignity, to progress and to make an advance of the art
and science. However we have failed to achieve the protection of the human
values.
It's time for me to support young people of the new generation and to
encourage them to achieve in the creation of a better humane, safe and
dignified world than the existed today.
Is precisely in these crucial times of civilization, that this book of
CREQUIE transits. I recommend reading it carefully and depth.

Regarding payments, our usual procedure is to receive revenue from the
printer for each sale. (The printer has already deducted costs for
printing, shipping and it's own small commission.) Then I deduct 32%,
which is the portion I am taxed on by the IRS. Then, the remainder I send
to the author (or, when the author prefers, I hold that as a credit for
future purchases). Surely you deserve revenue for your works.

Can you, PLEASE, transmit to Maria the texts which it needs, if not,
I have only 2 days:tomorrow and Wednesday to do it, but it would be better
by you who control all the process!
If Not, my 2 contributions: philosophical and of peace its in French
language, and I made only the pre translation in language Castilian or
English.
When possible, you m'' explain your conditions of edition = will I
will have a contract? Even if I do not hope to grow rich with this kind of
work, I am entitled to % on the sales = what is usually done in the edition!
Without me to over-estimate, I think however that 2 contributions:
“philosophical and of peace” in the current world context represent an
original contribution and to reflect for the humanistic ones, the
academics, the various politicians, researchers, and members of networks of

Dear Guy & contributors,
I am now collecting the manuscripts for the philosophy section (3
languages) and peace (2 languages, as I recall) and preparing them for
publication. I will be happy to have any of the commentaries by Ernesto,
Maria, and Ammar any time and will place them at the start of the book.
I have been preoccupied with preparations for teaching my current
class and finalizing a book I've had under development, and hope to press
ahead with Guy's book next.
One question - since the text is long I feel it may benefit from
subtitles. Guy, would this be agreeable to you? Of course, I must complete
my subheadings, which I started to write last week, since I'm certain you
will want to change some or all of them - or you may prefer not to have any
subheadings.
I'll send a table of contents as soon as I can resolve the subtitle
question and then prepare a galley proof of the book.
We will probably miss some time while you are on holiday, Guy, and
that will be fine. We want to complette this as an accurate record of your
writings and related commentaries.
Further, as for continued public life, perhaps you will want to
start a website for your continuing writings.

Ceci, alors que tous savent que les grecs seront incapables de

Dans un autre contexte, le scénario de 2005 lors des référendums
sur la constitution européenne se renouvelle = des peuples dont le français
ont voté contre et cependant l’UE (union européenne ) et les parlements
concernés ont imposé par la voie législative ce que des peuples ont refusé
! Le peuple grec semble vivre ce scénario !

If Not:the long scenario of the negotiations with Greece proceeds
as I had envisaged: the Greek people voted refusing the austerity, and this

government, the IMF and the governments of the euro zone!
This, whereas all know that the Greeks will be unable to refund
the debt colossal and always worsened by new loans.
