Here is my edited version of the LA presentation. Please let me know of any
changes needed.
I have included a Table of Contents in the hope that someone can provide a
French version of those subtitles, and also a Spanish version, so I can
insert subtitles in those manuscripts.
I will be working on other parts in the weeks ahead.
Again, thanks for the privilege of working with all of you on this
meaningful and significant manuscript.

Thank you warmly for this highly informative introduction. This will help
bring high levels of recognition to Guy's excellent lifetime work.
In the past 3 weeks I have been editing the English version of the LA
presentation. However, alas, I find a need to another editing, this time
with greater attention to the underlying translation. Hopefully I can
complete this second edit this week.
One feature is the my addition of subheadings in the English version. Once
the work is done, I will request that one or another of you, Guy, Ernesto,
or Maria, translate the subheadings into French and Spanish. Since the
piece is so wide-ranging, I feel that subheadings will help readers, and
will give us items to list with page numbers in the Table of Contents.
Also, Maria, it might be good for you to review the Spanish version in case
it needs changes.

Guy CREQUIÉ es un intelectual dedicado a promover la cultura de paz

En esa conferencia propuse que *"El rechazo de los estigmas es el primer
paso para lograr verdaderos acuerdos de paz, el segundo ocurre cuando
sinceramente un lado comprende las necesidades del considerado enemigo y el
tercero, es engendrado cuando estos sentimientos le son transmitidos. Todo
lo demás viene naturalmente o con ayuda de facilitadores. Luego, es claro

Por lo tanto, es claro que el presente ensayo filosófico de CREQUIÉ
tiende a dar una base ideológica para esa mencionada y necesaria
preparación mental.
*Mi comunicación con el Sr. CREQUIÉ existe desde hace varios años con una
permanente interacción y diálogo, en los que siempre se destacan su
excelencia intelectual y calidad humana. Es esa calidad la que le da a este
autor, el respaldo moral e intelectual para el presente ensayo filosófico. *

popularización del arte, comunicación, educación atención médica y mucho

fracasado en lograr defender los valores humanos.
Es tiempo entonces para mí, de apoyar a los jóvenes que nos siguen
generacionalmente y estimularlos para que logren generar un mundo más
humano, seguro y digno que el actual.

Whenever Guy CREQUIE, a recognized writer and philosopher, make a
publication as the present one, always generates a great expectation
among the audience.
His permanent updating of the global policy and social issues, along
with his philosophical knowledge, since the French Revolution of 1789 to

problems and dilemmas.

My communication with Mr. CREQUIE is for several years very fruitful with

interaction and dialogue in which always he shows his intellectual
excellence and human quality, is that quality that gives the moral and
ideological support to this philosophical essay.
In recent times he said he is preparing his withdrawal from public activity
starting from the next year 2016.
Coincidentally, I am also in the process of withdrawal due to the
development of humanity with negative aspects in regard to moral and
humanistic values.
Although each individual is different, when I expressed my reasons for
withdrawal, the reactions I received were something similar to those
felt by many intellectuals of our age and conception.
Our generation and I, after an enormous impressive experience, initiated
the biological and social withdrawal:
In my childhood my parents lived terrified by the impact of the global
economic crisis, mass killings produced by Fascism, Nazism, and Stalinism,
Franquism, and the war in Europe.
After the war, my generation and that of our parents, together, initiated
a global process of democratization; liberation from colonialism in the
peoples of Africa and Asia; withdrawal and termination of racism that
produced nothing less than the Holocaust; an impressive development of
science and technology; the exploration and use of extraterrestrial space;
popularization of art, communication, education, health care and much more.

and science. However we have failed to achieve the protection of the human
values.
It's time for me to support young people of the new generation and to
encourage them to achieve in the creation of a better humane, safe and
dignified world than the existed today.
Is precisely in these crucial times of civilization, that this book of
CREQUIE transits. I recommend reading it carefully and depth.

Regarding payments, our usual procedure is to receive revenue from the
printer for each sale. (The printer has already deducted costs for
printing, shipping and it's own small commission.) Then I deduct 32%,
which is the portion I am taxed on by the IRS. Then, the remainder I send
to the author (or, when the author prefers, I hold that as a credit for
future purchases). Surely you deserve revenue for your works.

Dear Guy & contributors,
I am now collecting the manuscripts for the philosophy section (3
languages) and peace (2 languages, as I recall) and preparing them for
publication. I will be happy to have any of the commentaries by Ernesto,
Maria, and Ammar any time and will place them at the start of the book.
I have been preoccupied with preparations for teaching my current class
and finalizing a book I've had under development, and hope to press ahead
with Guy's book next.
One question - since the text is long I feel it may benefit from
subtitles. Guy, would this be agreeable to you? Of course, I must complete
my subheadings, which I started to write last week, since I'm certain you
will want to change some or all of them - or you may prefer not to have any
subheadings.
I'll send a table of contents as soon as I can resolve the subtitle
question and then prepare a galley proof of the book.
We will probably miss some time while you are on holiday, Guy, and that
will be fine. We want to complette this as an accurate record of your
writings and related commentaries.
Further, as for continued public life, perhaps you will want to start a
website for your continuing writings.

*Sinon :le long scénario des négociations avec la Grèce se déroule
comme je l’avais prévu : le peuple grec a voté refusant l’austérité, et
celle-ci lui sera imposée ensuite lors des négociations entre son
gouvernement, le FMI et les gouvernements de la zone euro !*
*Ceci, alors que tous savent que les grecs seront incapables de
rembourser la dette colossale et toujours aggravée par de nouveaux prêts.*
