Thanks for looking this up, Dennis. The ordinance and statute would be a
good addition to the "Motorist Offenses" section of my legal overview
document. I'll try to keep that in mind to do sometime. (Although I don't
see why we have an ordinance about it that just duplicates the state
statute. From my understanding of the law, that's unnecessary, but there it
is.)
