So sorry I could not attend last night’s meeting. Thank you for the
prompt/thorough minutes…very helpful to get up to speed/be in the know. So I
see you all are not planning to meet next Wed…do you know when your next
meeting might be…getting things (especially at that hour) in advance is always
the best chance to getting it on my calendar. Looks like you all were VERY
productive at last night’s meeting. Gosh, May 4 seems like it’s just around the
corner…I will start trying to get the word out to my clientel in
Westbrook…again, in today’s world, getting things on people’s calendars in
advance has the best chance of show-ups. THANKS! kathy

50’ish people. One box regular coffee, one box decaf, maybe box of hot water?
Also Mr. Bagel, Ann will ask them.

John will ask BCM/DOT/etc.
BCM/DOT etc.: What is agenda? What is name of event?
Other things:

address pedestrian concerns. Ann Peoples will talk to Brendan about this,
recommend postponing until after May 4.
