  As indicated by the meeting notes, we finished our review of the bylaws 
draft at last night's meeting! :-) The next steps we agreed to were to 
circulate them to this list, to solicit comments and concerns, discuss over 
email as necessary, and hopefully be ready to vote to approve them at the 
November meeting. The attached document reflects our discussion at the last 
two meetings.

  The only unresolved issue coming out of last night is that we'd still like 
to find language that is both more comprehensive and concise for "better 
place to walk, bicycle, and wheel chair", in paragraph 2.
