The picture is looking Left down Pierce Street, from the top of Nasson
Avenue, as described in my earlier E - Mail. The Sidewalk for walking Left,
down Pierce Street is on the far side at this intersection, so a Pedestrian
wanting to walk down Pierce Street must cross to the opposite side here. If
someone decides to walk left down Pierce Street, on the near side, with
the White Fog Line, they will encounter overgrown Tree Branches and
Bushes. As you will see in next picture.
