Apparently a black and silver Ford Explorer, WPD does not know that. At least
he or she did stop for the Red Light at Severino' s Store, before continuing up
Bridge Street.
Minutes before that a 10 Wheel Dump Truck zipped thru a RED LIGHT coming down
hill on Bridge Street, with a GREEN LIGHT on Cumberland.
Thank God no one was trying to walk across....
