I have reserved Dunkin's conference room for next Saturday, September 7th
from 2 to 3pm. This is to go over last minute adjustments and such before
Kids Safety Day. ( September 21, from 10am to 1pm). We must be there to set
up around 9am.
I had said this special meeting was mandatory in order to volunteer at the
event; however, due to some members being at work, out of the country,
etc., I will be holding this meeting for anyone/everyone. If you cannot
make this meeting and you want to volunteer, please let me know. (John,
Kimberly and Dennis - you're all set.)
