Hello, I came across the Safety Article, on the website of the BDN. The
actual Incident occurred in NH, and injured a NH DOT Worker.
Last Thursday at 5: 37PM, while driving South from Brunswick, on I - 295,
while going under the Exit 20 Overpass for the Desert Road in Freeport, a
Tractor Trailer came on the entrance ramp south bound ahead of me and two
other Drivers.
All of a sudden, a Swirling Snow Squall, and White Out was flying
backwards at us. I managed to signal and move Left to pass the Tractor
Trailer, which had a " 53 " Decal on the Left Side of the Trailer Box,
then, a very familiar Logo on the Driver's Door of the Tractor which was
Dark Brown - " UPS "- The Entire 53 Feet Long Roof of Snow got Airborne
and flew off backwards at Traffic behind the Rig, unknowingly. No body went
off the Highway but the Ingredients were there for something worse.
