Carson's suggestions are bad enough for someone with normal vision - For
someone with limited vision, such a whiplash Encounter can be Life
Changing. Snowplow Banks at Public Entrances in Winter can force
PEDESTRIANS to have to walk around such Obstacles out into Motor Vehicle
Traffic.
