Since we haven’t heard from anyone else, and it’s getting late to change,
Lee and I have decided to keep it at 5:30 today as usual. Thank you for
your flexibility, Dennis. If you can make it, great, but if not, we
understand.
Hope to see many others there! We will be speaking primarily about
immersion days, and a bit about Westbrook Safety Day in September. We will
be at our usual meeting place of Westbrook-Warren Congregational Church,
810 Main Street. Entry is from the lower level off the Church Street
parking lot.

Another thought I have is help set up everything for the cookout at the
Legion Post from 3:30 PM to 5PM, then come over for the WSMAC Meeting at
5:30 - 7PM, then go back to help clean up and put everything away.
Someone had suggested changing the July and August WSMAC Meetings to a
Thursday or Tuesday, instead of Wednesday. The last Wednesday Concert on
the 3rd Wednesday of the month will be the August 15th Concert. Then all
will be " normal " again.

meeting back to maybe 7:30 to 9 PM instead of 5:30 to 7? I think that we
had adopted an earlier time for some people who preferred it, because they
would be attending in a capacity related to their jobs, but they have not
been as active at the recent meetings recently anyway. Then the rest of us
can enjoy the concert if we want, and also have time for supper before the
meeting rather than after.
What do others think, both about our July and August meetings, and the
meeting time in general?
