[wsmac] Halloween Visibility "Treats"

Dear WSMAC,

   I still have a lot of these hi-vis snap bracelets we got from the DOT
for Westbrook Together Days and the Kids Safety Day, so at our last meeting
we decided to give them out to Halloween trick-or-treaters. If you would
like to give them out at your door, you can stop by my house at 75
Arlington Ave in Westbrook (map

and pick some up. I've left 8 packs of 10 each sitting on the steps leading
up to the garage loft, just inside the door. Please write your name and the
number you took on the sheet of paper. You might want to remove the plastic
before giving them out. Please don't take more than you think you'll use,
and it would be nice to get back the unused ones, unless you have other
immediate uses for them.

   Feel free to pass this on to other people you trust, but please do not
