Technically, that would go against our by-laws

think there are a few ways we could get around that and still be in
compliance. If we postpone, we can discuss that further in this thread.
Or, if we *do* want to go ahead with elections this month, let's
discuss how to make that happen, given we aren't having in-person meetings.
