Bruce,
Was that an OK for posters, and/or refreshments? I've been trying to get
donated stuff from the Dunkin's on Main Street here in Westbrook. Talked to one
guy, who said talk to a lady, who said talk to a guy....? Should I call today
or has it been done already?
Thanks!
Leelee

I thought I should let you know that Dunkin is now on board. All Westbrook
stores and Gorham too. I talked to the main office and got the AOK!

Subject: [wsmac] Re: Forum agenda? Thanks for your input, Kathy. I believe
the questions will be read allowed, and there will be a clicker orientation
included in the beginning. Part of the reason we are having note-takers in
addition to the worksheets is to provide multiple ways that people can give
their feedback and input, so for folks who the worksheet does not work for, the
note-taker will be there to jot down what folks say. Between the two, will this
cover the access issues you foresee? Sam On Thu, Apr 27, 2017 at 2:25 PM,

Read the questions out loud 2. If orientation can be given to the clicker when
they are handed out…that would help folks who are blind/vi participate. Thanks

like this: •Welcome: Intros, Agenda, Using Clicker Tech •Perceptions and
Realities of Pedestrian Safety- conversation and clicker question data-gathering
•Identification and Discussion of Problem Locations- this is the break-out
activity with maps that we need note-takers for
•Prioritization Activity- real-time prioritization of locations that were
identified in the activity above.
