Many motorists need to be more aware and respectful of other road users for
sure, even other road users who are obviously uncertain of what they are
doing. (Or, like kids or teenagers, don't really care.) The big unsolved
question is how to accomplish that. More driver's education training about
respecting peds and cyclists? More frequent and stringent relicensing
requirements? More enforcement? Higher penalties? These are ideas that many
people have promoted for years, but it's not easy to get traction on them.

stopping for 3 boys on bikes crossing Bridge Street L to R, on the hill.
Traffic coming downhill for the third boy were not stopping until I Laid on
my HORN !
