[wsmac] Cops handing out bike helmets

Just wanted to point out this post this morning on the Westbrook PD
Facebook page, about a Westbrook cop helping a kid with his flat bike tire,
then handing him a helmet. I'm supposing that would be one of the Goulet
Foundation helmets through Fire Chief Turcotte?
